CSP's Sales, Marketing & Administrative Practice has partnered with wireless services company in Towson, MD that is looking for a Product Manager. As a Product Manager, you will be a proactive and driven team leader responsible for developing and launching mobile device accessories, managing projects from concept through to market launch. This role involves close collaboration with manufacturing partners both domestically and internationally. You will manage product pricing, placement, and technical specifications based on customer needs, market trends, and organizational goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple product category roadmaps within the mobile power accessories portfolio.

Identify market gaps and competitive opportunities.

Conceptualize new products, develop proposals, and present to key stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, managing timelines, budgets, and collaboration across Packaging, Channel, Marketing, Sourcing, and Engineering.

Coordinate with manufacturing partners in Asia through all production stages.

Regularly present project status and progress to the leadership team for financial support.

Strategize with Channel partners to segment offerings, identify promotional opportunities, and drive Go-To-Market activities.

Make informed business decisions to manage portfolio profitability and margins.

Education and Experience:

BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

MBA or Masters preferred.

3-5 years of product management experience in consumer products, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.

Experience in B2C channels and consumer electronics, with a strong negotiating capability focused on cost reduction.

Background in dealing with national retail and international travel for business needs.
