Marketing Assistant
Purpose:
To implement, monitor, and optimize marketing and branding; by updating and maintaining all aspects of marketing.
Reports To:
Marketing Manager
Key Result Areas and Accountabilities:
Flyers/OM’s/Graphic Design
· Create, based on templates, the visual text and imagery colleterial for proposals, flyer, offering memorandums, brokers opinion of value/brokers pricing opinion, graphics, drone videos, covers, maps, aerials, presentations, postcard, promotional items, mailers, direct mail, email campaigns, holiday events, company retreat, etc.
· Run regular audits of all items and systems relating to deliverables to ensure they are within the brand standards as well as displayed and saved appropriately.
· Keep informed on design software and marketing/design trends both inside and outside of the real estate industry and apply new concepts and presentations to our business.
· Creating and updating flyers for sales team.
Include up to date demographics.
Label and outline aerial photos.
Ensure accuracy that information is correct.
Audit and updated regularly.
· Work with internal team to understand requirements or requests.
· Manage and make design revisions.
· Ensure TREC code of ethics and rules are being upheld regarding marketing efforts.
· Opportunity for additional creative projects upon request.
Drones/Aerials/Photography
· Ensure files and documents relating to aerials, drones, photos, etc., are labeled accordingly, saved on the server, and systematized.
· Watermark drone pictures that are public.
Website
· Uploading flyers to website.
· Consistently audit website to ensure all information on site is current.
· Ensure consistency and compliance.
Swag/Promo
· Help with promotional item design.
· Ensure inventory is organized and maintained.
· Conduct monthly inventory audit.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
· Preferred degree in marketing or media-related field
Skills:
· Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
· Proficient in both Mac and PC
