Project Manager

The Sourcing Project Manager position is responsible for supporting and/or leading projects related to Productivity, Supply Chain Development, and Enterprise Initiatives, with varying levels of complexity. Activities could include, but are not limited to, supplier transfers, exits, part transfers, localization projects, sourcing reviews, RFQ / RFP, supply risk management, and other types of productivity projects. Significant engagement with both suppliers and other groups outside Sourcing may be required. A Sourcing Project Manager must work well independently, with teams, and may lead or support complex cross-functional processes or supplier performance improvement projects.

Years of Experience: **MUST HAVE PROCURMENT OR PROJECT SOURCING EXPERIENCE**

Minimum 5 years of supply chain, manufacturing engineering, project management or operations management experience.

Education Requirements (if any): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent experience. Advanced formal education is desirable in business or a technical discipline.
