Java Developer

Pay Rate: $65.00 - $70.00/hr on W2

Our client is seeking a skilled a Senior Java Full Stack Developer, focusing on the development, maintenance, and enhancement of software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, including experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and CI/CD tools, along with a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Design, code, and debug applications in various software languages

Conduct software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis

Support, maintain, and document software functionality

Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation, while maintaining standards compliance

Work closely with other team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Java, including Java Servlets and JDBC

Experience with Spring Boot for developing microservices

Full lifecycle application development, from design to deployment

Strong understanding of Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)

Familiarity with software modeling and simulation

Experience in front end graphical user interface design

Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance practices

Proficiency in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) DevOps tools, such as Jenkins

Ability to perform performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation

Experience in software integration with existing systems

Familiarity with localization or globalization of software
