This role has responsibility for the design, development and facilitation of solutions in the following areas: • Organizational Development • Diversity Equity and Inclusion • Change Management • Talent Acquisition • Talent Management • Engagement/Recognition

This leader will be involved in analysis, design and implementation of employee and leadership training, performance management, career development and team effectiveness solutions. He/she will work closely with the Director, Human Capital and Culture, as well as with cross-functional teams and HR colleagues across the organization to implement these solutions and drive real benefit to the organization.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement an Organizational Development strategy for the U.S. Operation as aligned with corporate strategy.

• Create and conduct organizational change plans through a systematic approach that drives business performance.

• Lead organizational assessments/surveys to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and create a roadmap for organizational development initiatives, including but not limited to change management strategies.

• Design and implement performance metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of Organizational Development initiatives, such as work climate, culture, and values.

• Lead the implementation of change management efforts/plans to support organizational transformation in any area or processes where it is required. He/she should communicate those plans to stakeholders and ensure training activities are successfully implemented.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

• Drive DEI (Diverse, Equity and Inclusion) initiatives across US Operation to create an inclusive and diverse work environment, developing strategies to attract, retain and promote diverse talent across locations.

• Create a business-partner relation with the business leaders to establish inclusive practices and policies across US Operation, providing coaching aimed at increasing awareness initiatives on DEI topics.

• Define Goals and Key Indicators to effectively monitor progress towards diversity goals.

• Responsible for workforce planning with the business.

• Develop hiring strategies, including but not limited to the analysis of contractors as a source of recruitment for technicians, mechanics and engineers.

• Review and improve the recruitment process ensuring positive candidate’s experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years of Organizational development, change management and Talent Acquisition/Management experience supporting a multi-disciplined, multi- site organization.

• Ability to build and execute organizational development tools, techniques, theories, best practices, and methodologies

• BS/BA required with Masters preferred

• Bilingual Spanish preferred

• Deep understanding and experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles and strategies

• Basic Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
