Construction Attorney

VOYlegal is working directly with an excellent mid-market firm client (Chambers ranked for construction) to identify associate candidates with 3+ years of construction or commercial litigation background. Must be licensed in PA. Typical duties will include drafting pleadings and motion practice (state and federal), as well as bid protests and claims before various boards and agencies.
