Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools, our ATS, and social media

Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources

Negotiate pay rates

Learn from the best Recruiters in the industry on how to be successful and quickly

Every recruiter has an exciting career path at Judge. Your experience gained as a recruiter develops critical sales skills, including relationship building, negotiations, and understanding of technical terminology that will prepare you to represent our services as an Account Executive or continue recruiting and join the ranks of the lead recruiter and delivery manager, or recruiting management.

Recruiter Minimum Requirements:

4-year degree of relevant experience

Strong attitude, aptitude, passion, and experience

Highly competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong time management and organizational skills
