Your Tasks

Prepare all necessary standardized documents and work instructions for manufacturing equipment within designated department

Calculate and communicate standard times for work cells and processes to support production scheduling & capacity planning within the production teams.

Set up and maintain production data (material master, bill of materials, rate routings, production versions) in SAP to ensure scheduling, material movements, and costing are done on time

Develop and maintain plant layouts with a focus on safety, ergonomics, efficient material flow, and optimal floor space utilization within the area of responsibility

Maintain and evaluate the PFMEA in order to reduce failure potential within the manufacturing process as a means to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve targets for scrap costs and process control.

Perform analyses and execute process improvements to increase overall efficiency (including time reduction, availability increase, and defect/scrap reduction)

Support the industrial engineers of the business division CT during the evaluation of engineering changes for projects in series production under the guidance of the AGL or production manager

Support the industrial engineers of the business division CT during the development/ implementation of manufacturing equipment per the PDP.

Transfer of lessons learned from projects in series production to customer projects during "lessons learned" workshops and facilitate the BPS target achievement criteria.

Initiate, plan and execute cost saving and continuous improvement projects in support of plant targets.

Your Profile

Bachelor degree in related field.

5 years of experience

Knowledge of MTM/SD & Ticon Reliability and Confidence Testing

Understanding of FMEA & Control Plan methodology
