Model N Consultant

Our direct client is in need of a Model N Consultant to support defects and enhancements for a system that just went live.

Fully remote.

Support business on day-to-day activities such as Model N Flex Master Data, Contracts, Sales & Rebates etc.

Analysis & solution for Model N Flex Technical and Functional related question by Business users.

Involves in Ticket Resolution for Model N Flex Revenue Management & Validata

Repetitive issues would be closely supervised, and RCA is done within a timeline to fix the issues permanently.

SIT, UAT support for enhancement, development support, bug fixes, monitoring, product enhancements, training, release activities.

Data extract for Audit and Business requirement and involve in Reconciliation data support

Work closely with business to understand functional requirements, design and review the technical deliverables and implementation of the solution.

Create Knowledge Articles (KA) for all the possible scenarios and relate those KA’s wherever applicable.
