Portfolio Manager - Digital Assets

My client

I’m working with a rapidly growing crypto hedge fund to hire a Senior Portfolio Manager/Head of Desk. They are adding to their senior leadership as they continue to develop their portfolio and team. This role would suit someone who has experience in digital assets trading and leading small teams. They are offering a salary of $250,000 + performance based PnL splits.

What you will do

Play a key role in shaping the future strategies of an existing portfolio.

Manage a small team of experienced quantitative researchers, 3-4 in total.

Provide leadership and coach existing team members through the ranks.

Elevate your career in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.

What you will need

A quantitative trading background with experience in the digital assets space.

Strong knowledge of Python.

Excellent communication skills.

A Master's degree in a STEM subject from a leading university.

A right to work in the US/existing H1B visa.
