Position Summary

The Program Analyst, Project Delivery works with the Project Delivery team to develop, maintain, and analyze reports on the overall portfolio of projects under execution as well as specific projects within that portfolio. The Program Analyst reports to the Program Manager.

Essential Functions:

Provides reporting and analysis for a portfolio of capital projects totaling approximately $1B

Implements the Project Delivery Stage Gate process on projects within the portfolio

Identifies and communicates with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that reporting is accurate, efficient, and complete

Provides input and recommendations on portfolio strategy to the Program Manager and the Project Delivery team

Work daily with project teams to ensure accuracy of reporting and projections

Implements internal processes to ensure that reporting is accurate and efficient

Communicates regularly with key stakeholders on process improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

Understanding of project development stages, including baseline, design/permitting, construction, and commissioning.

Understanding of basic project financials, including reporting and forecasting

Experience working with multiple projects concurrently

Understanding of project management including scheduling, reporting, document control

Preferred Skills:

Self-driven

Qualifications

Required Background:

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or;

Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
