Job Title: Bilingual Senior Accountant

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Position Overview:

The Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations for our restaurant chain.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.

Monitor and review financial performance against budget and forecast.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.

Prepare financial forecasts and variance analyses.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting.

Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.

Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Coordinate audits and prepare audit schedules and financial statements.

Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting and finance staff.

Provide training and development opportunities to team members.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).

7+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
