About the Role

The purpose of this Controls Project Engineer is to support conveyor, robotic, and integration projects for new and pre-existing accounts/customers. The main experiences sought for this position are design/programming/wiring systems, as well as ramping up integration solutions. This position’s responsibilities begin during the sales cycle engaging with customers, until the very completion including installation, onsite set-up, and all other after-sales support.

What You Need to Be Successful

Hands-on in mechanics and controls.

Focused on customers and business.

Ability and interest for attention to details and correctness.

Well-structured and organized in a workspace.

Good analytical skills.

Independent critical thinking.

Enthusiasm, drive, and creativity.

Engineering degree and Electrical License Work highly preferred.

Minimum 5 years in the workforce demonstrating the job requirements assigned.

Fluent in English, bi-lingual a plus.

Ability to work on-site at the SBU location in Allen, along with travel to customer sites ranging between 40%-50%.
