The Systems Engineering family is responsible for the entire technical effort to evolve and verify solutions that satisfy client needs. The primary focus is centered on reducing risk and improving the efficiency, performance, stability, security, and quality of all systems and platforms.
The Systems Engineering role specializes in the analysis, evaluation, design, testing, implementation, support, and debugging of all middleware, mainframe, and distributed platforms, tools, and systems of the firm.
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Associate Director will be responsible for setting the strategy/roadmap for CIAM Program, architect/solution design, plan and implement IAM solutions. Review risk findings and remediate on timely manner and ensure resiliency of IAM services are efficient to secure business.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Role has end to end accountability of Ping Suite of products, IBM ISAM, LDAP and Datapower.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business to ensure solutions are delivered on time
Support multi-year CIAM transformation journey including strategy, design, implementation and operationalizing new technologies vital for the transformation
Solution, Design, Plan and Delivery solutions for CIAM transformation which may include IGA/PBAC
Manage engineering team
Collaborate with Operation team on transition new technologies and improvements
Solution, Design, Plan and Delivery workforce Access Management solution and strategy
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
Support Disaster Recovery and Resiliency Testing activities
Mentor team members
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and thoughts across organization
Business first demeanor to apply right security control to secure business assets

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in the job and 8+ years of experience in IAM
Talents Needed for Success:
Experience in Architecting, Design and Solutioning in IAM Technologies
Experience in defining strategy and roadmap for CIAM/IAM
3+ years of experience in leading IAM project/team
Experience in leading large IAM modernization project
Experience in Access Management products and Ping Suite of Products is a plus
Experience in IGA and PBAC is a plus
Experience in designing and developing solutions using security protocols OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO and SAML
Development experience using XML, XSLT, Java and/or .Net
Implementing solutions on IAM tools and technologies
Experience in SOAP, WSDL and REST API’s
Working in a Unix/Linux environment along with server hardware, networking, and general IT infrastructure
