EDI Director

We are seeking an experienced EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Director to lead and optimize our EDI processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing EDI platforms, particularly with the OpenText/GXS platform, and a strong background in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Provide visionary leadership to the EDI team, aligning strategies with organizational goals.

Develop and execute a comprehensive EDI roadmap to support supply chain transformation.

EDI Systems and Customer Onboarding:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of EDI systems.

Coordinate testing and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of EDI transactions.

EDI Standards and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with trading partner requirements and industry standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT).

Implement and manage trading partner agreements and relationships.

Operational Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.

Plan and execute testing of EDI systems and transactions.

EDI Service Provider Management:

Act as the liaison between the organization and EDI service providers.

Monitor service levels and collaborate to implement improvements.

Collaboration and Team Management:

Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external trading partners, and vendors.

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
