Typical Duties:

Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion

Monitor/control project through administrative direction to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.

Maintain client relationships through communication and strong performance, while identifying future oppotunities for repeat business.

Manages the financial aspect of the project including cost reporting, forecasting, and price/negotiates of change orders

Work with GF and field staff to determine work flows, supervision, coordination, scheduling activities for field personal

Oversee project safety and quality control programs, ensuring that the project is constructed as specified and according to local, state, federal regulations,. and BEC high level of excellence.

Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.

Directly responsible for: purchasing of material and subcontractors, submittal, O&M and close out documents

Maintain a full and current understanding of project drawings and plans

Review of the plans and close examination of the specifications

Represent Bent Electric in project meetings

Manage projects BIM coordination

Complete project closeout process and identify lessons learned.

Professional Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of electrical project management or general foreman experience required

Strong verbal and written communication attributes a must

Ability to multi-task and self-perform

Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

Team player with leadership abilities.
