Marlin Mortgage Capital, LLC is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is relatively new to the profession but eager to develop and implement advertising campaigns tailored to the mortgage industry. The successful candidate will be hands-on, managing various marketing channels including email, print media, text messaging, social media, and digital advertising. This role includes both creative design and copywriting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends. Create detailed campaign plans, set budgets, and forecast ROI.

Content Creation: Design and produce engaging content for various marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, digital ads, text messages, and print media. Ensure all content meets industry standards and enhances brand visibility.

Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. Prepare regular reports on campaign results, including audience engagement and conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, designers, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive and brand-consistent message across all platforms.

Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the mortgage industry and digital marketing to keep our campaigns innovative and effective.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry standards and regulations, including those specific to the mortgage sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in digital marketing, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.

Strong understanding of various marketing platforms, including digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, social media, and text messaging.

Excellent creative and copywriting skills.

Proficient in marketing analytics and tools.
