Position Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Experience in preparing large volumes of high-quality meals in a commercial kitchen.

* Previous food service experience preferred.

* Must be a minimum of 18 years old.

Job Duties: * Prepare meals according to menus using approved substitutions and standardized recipes.

* Prepare meals for therapeutic diets according to planned menus.

* Meet meal schedules; prepare food in timely manner.

* Ability to cooperate and work well with co-workers.

Schedule: * Shift Differential for nights and weekends.

* Must work every other weekend and every other Holiday.
