We're currently seeking someone with proven leadership in retail. This coaching role involves training staff, growing sales in store, improving merchandising, processing online sales and managing a team of 10-15 employees. Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of work experience and LOVE to succeed.
In addition, we have part time and full time positions with flexible scheduling. We offer 3 weeks paid vacation and this is a salary paid position. Looking for leaders, parents, mature students and creative personalities.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
Assigns duties to relevant employees
Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
Participating in store meetings and contributing with unique, innovative ideas
Creating schedules
Track and manage inventory at store
Basic technology skills
Reporting to directly to General Manager over 4 stores
Qualifications
2 - 5 years of retail and retail management experience Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
Strong customer service, management and communication skills
