Market Planning and Operations Specialist (Project Based) JOB LOCATION: Unilever RFM Ice Cream – Manggahan, Pasig ROLE TYPE: Project-based until December 31, 2025 BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE: This role is responsible for managing and delivering the forecasted sales growth of the assigned category or business unit through control towering end-to-end sales operations while partnering with internal teams (Customer Business Development, Customer Strategy and Planning, Brand Marketing and Customer Operations Group – Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Experience). ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: + Deliver end to end operational excellence and efficiencies via process intervention and project management.

+ Set-up automated systems and processes for more efficient delivery of category topline and bottomline targets.

+ Culls data across several internal resources for KPI tracking purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or related course.

+ With 1 to 2 years of experience in handling big data and reports automation.

+ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

+ Well-equipped with process automation and data set-up, preferably in MS Excel.

+ Strong partnering mindset and ability to work together with internal teams.

+ Process mindset - can spot gaps and propose actions to continuously improve end to end process while balancing stakeholder needs.
