Program/Delivery Manager - Data & Cloud

We are looking for a Data Program/Delivery Manager for our Chennai/Hyderabad Locations.

Job Description:

Must Have:

15+ years’ experience. Strong communication, problem solving and team management skills. Must have data engineering or analytics background and preferably with US healthcare experience. Exposure to product or experience working in onsite engagements could be very helpful. Informatica/Alteryx/SSIS, Oracle/PostgreSQL, Teradata/Oracle Exadata, Hadoop/Spark/Scala/PySpark, GCP/AWS/Azure, Python/Java/SAS, Tableau/PowerBI/MicroStrategy/Data Stage/Crystal report

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage team, task allocation & tracking, ensure on time and on quality completion of tasks & activities

• Participate in review of requirements, architecture & design

• Be an interface between dev team and leadership (techno functional)

• Publish regular status to leadership team highlighting risks & issues among other things

• Proactively identify risks and come up with mitigation & contingency plans

• Take end to end ownership and accountability of the project

• Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting with or conducting high level technical walkthroughs, reporting project status, enabling vendor solutions and providing accurate and concise documentation.

• Other duties as assigned or requested – approximately 50% technical and 50% management

The experience we are looking to add to our team

Required:

• Around 15 years of overall experience

• Excellent communication, confidence & attitude

• Good Experience / knowledge in ETL projects

• Understanding / experience in big data technologies (HDFS, Spark, Pyspark, Databricks etc)

• Exposure / knowledge in any cloud

• Experience in leading a team and delivering complex projects involving creation and maintenance of data pipelines

Good to have:

• Healthcare industry experience

• Google Cloud knowledge / experience

• Agile experience
