Job Description:

As a Blue Planet Optical SDN Controller Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and integrating Blue Planet's Optical SDN Controller into our clients' network environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment, while also providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Blue Planet Optical SDN Controller integration solutions tailored to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with network engineers, software developers, and project managers to define integration strategies, project timelines, and deliverables.

Configure and customize Blue Planet's Optical SDN Controller to align with client network architecture and operational workflows.

Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment processes and enhance system performance.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated solutions to ensure functionality, scalability, and reliability.

Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients during implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to software-defined networking (SDN) and optical networking.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (10+ years) in designing, implementing, and integrating SDN solutions, with a focus on optical networking.

In-depth knowledge of Blue Planet's Optical SDN Controller, including its architecture, features, and capabilities.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with experience developing automation scripts and tools.

Strong understanding of network protocols, standards, and technologies, including DWDM, OTN, Ethernet, and MPLS.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Blue Planet Certified Expert) would be a plus.
