Project Lead

Position Overview:

Reporting the project manager, the project lead is responsible for planning and executing

projects according to a predetermined schedule and budget. Building and managing project

teams, and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle are central to this position.

Responsibilities:

● Manage project development from initiation to closure

● Work to complete project plan outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources,

budget and schedule.

● Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.

● Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.

● Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders

● Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.

● Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented

and approved.

● Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sponsors.

● Ensure project delivery is on time, as per scope and within the allocated budget

● Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project execution

Required qualifications:

● Any graduate, MBA preferred

● 4+ years of experience in project management

● Experience in handling e-learning projects

● Excellent communication skills

● Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google sheets

● Ability to draw up detailed project plans and schedules

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
