Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit IT professionals for contract positions, focusing on candidates who are on the bench or between projects.
Utilize various job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for specific client requirements.
Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions of contracts with candidates.
Working directly on Direct clients and Prime Vendors requirement
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualification required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or recruitment.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology skills commonly sought by clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
Proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
