JD:

Should have minimum 4Yrs of experience in End-to-End recruitment.

Strong experience in Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking and Employee Referrals.

Expertise in recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins in the organisation.

Should be flexible to work on weekends to handle recruitment drives.

Niche skill hiring & Bulk Hiring experience is a must.

Excellent communication skills.
