Opportunity : Product Quality Specialist

Experience : 2+ Yrs Minimum, preferably from Interior designing Industry

Educational Background: B.E (Civil/Design/Mech) / B.Arch/Interior + Post Graduation is a Plus

Tools & Knowledge: Autocad, Google Sketch up, MS Office

Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for Zero errors from Factory and Site Quality Checks. Experience in translating the voice of Internal/External Customers in executable actions and improvement initiatives.

Responsible for development of appropriate Company Standards.

Conducting GMP audits in Factory and lead Improvement Initiatives

SNAG Cost Optimization

Achieve FTR (First time right) for PIQC & Snag QC stage

Achieve FTR (First time right) for SQC stage

GEMBA Walks / Live shadowing (Factory, Site etc) / On site training and assuring improvement plans on site observations

Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.

Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.

Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
