Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with entire recruitment Cycle
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), go getter, multi-tasker and excellent time management skills
Responsibilities
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Maintaining recruitment related trackers
Thorough with the Onboarding process and its successful implementation
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
