Nestasia is looking for a Brand Manager who will have the end-to-end responsibility of analyzing our brand positioning, own the brand campaigns, plan & execute 360- marketing campaigns for Nestasia and gather consumer insights in order to shape and communicate our vision and mission and translate brand elements into strategies.
We aim to provide a very wide assortment of new and unique products to customers at affordable prices. The brand manager has to monitor and manage brand value, processes and experience in the assigned space.
Responsibilities
PLAN digital media for campaigns (brand and media calendar, budgeting, projections, growth)
CREATE effective strategies and actionables, PR stories that can make Nestasia stand-out as a destination for home
DRIVE brand initiatives with external organizations and execute campaigns
EVALUATE / monitor campaign performance
COMMUNICATE effectively the brand persona and own all brand communication and brand positioning
COMMUNITY Building and consumer love, draw consumer insights
SOCIAL Media presence and growth including Influencer marketing
PARTNER with agencies/brands and carry out product integration and strategic partnerships
TRACK market trends and competitor portfolio, trend analysis across consumer behavior, target market, industry scenario
RESEARCH new opportunities, white spaces for new product development
Qualifications
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Should have attention to details
Experience in brand management from media house/tv company will be a plus point.
Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
3-6 years marketing experience where brand campaigns have been managed.
Worked on 360- marketing campaigns
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/ external agencies including creative
Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation
Strong creative sensibilities
High ownership and passion
Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines
