Hiring for Digital Sales – Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Minimum 3 years of Digital Sales experience in the Northern Markets.
Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
Ideal Candidature: - Must have a proven track record in digital sales, with a strong understanding of the digital media landscape & platforms, and advertising products. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Role:
· Identify opportunities for growth, formulate business expansion strategies and develop sales strategies to acquire new clients
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.
· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline
· Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing
· Respond to client questions and concerns, follow up on quotations.
· Objectively determine alignment between customer's needs and our product.
· Present value proposition and business cases with clear quantitative ROI; analytical thinking.
· Build and maintain healthy relationships with key stakeholders like agency planners, agency buyers, digital marketers, etc. of potential organizations.
· Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
· Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
· Meet and exceed monthly sales quota through outbound leads - strategically selling the company’s various propositions to new prospects in a consultative manner.
