executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence
and engagement of the brand. You will collaborate with internal teams and external
agencies to drive digital initiatives across various channels, ensuring alignment with
Brookfield's goals and objectives.
Job Summary:
● Develop and implement 360-degree digital marketing strategies to promote
Brookfield's brand and offerings.
● Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze website performance, including
events, cohorts, conversion pixels, and tag manager implementation.
● Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google
Ads, Facebook Ads, Publisher Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
● Ensure SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization, to
improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
● Ensuring optimal functionality on the website and a seamless user experience
while working with Design and Development teams.
● Maintain and update content on the website using CMS platforms, ensuring
accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and
relevant content for digital channels.
● Manage assets such as Google My Business (GMB) listings to enhance local
visibility and engagement.
● Collaborate with external agencies for SEO, performance marketing, website
maintenance, and CRM management
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and
threats in the digital landscape.
● Provide regular reporting and insights on key digital marketing metrics to
stakeholders.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, bringing
innovative ideas to the table.
● Act as a smart and adaptable team member, ready to take on new challenges and
responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
● Proven experience in developing and executing 360-degree digital marketing
strategies.
● Strong understanding of website front end and back end functionality.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven
decisions.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools
● Strong understanding of SEM and familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
Publisher Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
● Knowledge of SEO best practices for on-page and off-page optimization.
● Working understanding of CMS platforms for website management and updates.
● Experience with asset management platforms such as Google My Business.
