Required Candidate Profile:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Detailed understanding and knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, and its growth and profitability drivers.
Certification in NISM and CFP is an added advantage.
Create and enforce financial goal plans that will help meet the needs of clients.
Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.
Willingness to dwell in a boutique Financial Solutions Company.

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Existing Client Relationship Management-
Managing existing client's investment portfolios
Reviewing portfolios and making changes when required.
Driving New Business from our existing clients for various financial services - Financial and technical analysis of various financial options available like Mutual Funds, Stocks, Loans, Insurance(Only General and Term Insurances), Estate Planning, Taxation Planning
Goal Based Planning and mapping of investments
2. New Client Relationship Management-
Responsible for financial planning, and financial analysis of new clients and are responsible for acquiring new clients from the following channels.
Conducting Financial Awareness Programs
Referential Leads from existing clients
Social Media Leads
Leads Generated by the internal acquisition team of the company
Leads generated from other sources
Additional Information:
Responsible for meeting both new and existing clients either physically or virtually(As Required) on a periodic basis for having portfolio discussions, discussions about the markets and advising on products offered by the company and cross selling the products as per the requirement of the client.
