Job Summary

HighRadius is looking for a System & Operations Professional to join our IT- GTM Systems & Operations Team as a Business Analyst. This role responsibilities include actively improving the business processes through the use of Business technology stack . It involves understanding the requirements, designing and developing the optimal solution and collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders to deliver the project. The person in this role is expected to drive projects/initiatives using best project management practices to deliver quality work. We are looking preferably for someone who has honda-on experience on CRM and project management tools like Salesforce, Financial Force or equivalent known tools.

Key Responsibilities

Manage diverse stakeholders and drive project execution using agile methodologies

Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications.

One is expected to Perform administrator functions in the Business system (Salesforce, Financial Force, LinkedIn Navigator etc), such as user management, license management, creation/updates of user profiles, roles, permissions, and rules.

Expand system use and adoption throughout the organization, by answering “how to” questions and enabling new features and functionality

Create and administer end-user training

Understand new business requirements and map the requirements back to configuration and enhancements of the PSA, Salesforce and any other GTM applications

Develop and maintain internal knowledge base documentation

Communicate and escalate if any risks and issues arise or deliverables cannot be met and request assistance to ensure closure of issues

Mentor the new team members on new application rollout and support and project management skills

Skill & Experience Needed

Bachelor’s Degree required

Experience range: 2+ years

Expected to have worked extensively in Salesforce/ Financial Force (preferred) or any other equivalent CRM and Project management tools

Should have worked extensively over company wide systems used to establish department processes over 2 to 3 years.

Good to have - Financial Force (PSA administrator), Salesforce admin Certifications

Good to have a domain knowledge of either of Sales, Marketing or Consulting process

Experience with tools to pull information into/out of Salesforce i.e., data loader

Should have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce /Financial Force System (Certinia)/any other GTM CRM System used for Sales and Consulting process respectively

Should have Hand-on experience of working on G-sheet/Excel over 2 to 3 years

Security and Data Skills

Application Integration Skills

Should have Effective communication (Written and oral) both with internally within the team and Business Stakeholders

Partner with cross-functional teams to produce requirements and design for business capabilities that align to HighRadius Sales/Consulting Strategies

Should have skills to come-up with multiple system design options to solve the Business challenge
