VISUAL MEDIA ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES – managing the onboarding visual media workflow to ingest, organize and publish photos, floor plans, videos and logos for properties.

*Technical skills – digital asset management system understanding, organizational skills for photos/floor plans renaming, meticulous digital asset management and organization, photography standards for size, quality and selection

Responsible for following the established visual media onboarding workflow for photos, floor plans, logos and videos for properties

Creation of metadata profiles for all onboarded properties

Auditing and evaluation of all digital assets within the Greystar SharePoint environment

Organization and selection of top images by property for marketing purposes

Renaming and organization of photos and floor plans

Responsible for tracking work in Greystar’s marketing Salesforce environment

Responsible for auditing published content across business listings including Greystar.com

Responsible for identifying issues found and working to resolve those issues as quickly as possible

Management of audit tracking spreadsheet and categorization of work to be communicated to regional/national marketing team members for action needed
