Malayalam Content Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead operations of Divo’s online video and music operations in the Kerala market.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Client Management:

Serve as the primary liaison for Divo's clients in the Kerala region, ensuring their needs are understood, and expectations are met with excellence.

Team Leadership:

Lead a proficient team comprising editors, designers, and YouTube executives, fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content and services.

Content Strategy:

Analyze market trends and audience preferences to devise strategic content plans tailored for Malayalam music and movies, driving engagement and viewership.

Revenue Enhancement:

Strategize and implement initiatives to boost revenue streams on prominent online video platforms like YouTube and Facebook, optimizing monetization opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in content strategy and preferably in YouTube.

Deep understanding of Kerala film and music industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive content strategy decisions.

Familiarity with YouTube's platform, policies, and tools for content management, monetization, and rights administration.

Capacity to work collaboratively with Editor teams, including legal, content operations, Digital marketing.
