Job Title: Manager – ESG Training & Development

Purpose:

As the Manager – ESG Training and Development, you will be at the forefront of pioneering educational initiatives for SGA’s ESG Training Academy that caters to both educational institutions and global corporations across diverse geographies. Leveraging your ESG training experience, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering high-quality ESG training programs to meet the unique needs of academic students and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

Program Development and Curriculum Design:

Lead the development of cutting-edge ESG training programs for university students from local and global academic institutions and corporate clients, aligning content with global ESG standards and industry best practices.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and comprehensive curriculum materials.

Client Engagement and Customization:

Interact with university administrators, corporate leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their specific ESG training requirements.

Customize training programs to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client, ensuring relevance and practicality.

Global Reach and Adaptability:

Design training initiatives that are adaptable to different geographical contexts and regulatory environments, considering the global nature of the clientele.

Explore innovative delivery methods, including virtual and hybrid formats, to accommodate participants from various geographical locations.

Training Delivery and Facilitation:

Personally deliver key training sessions and workshops, demonstrating expertise in ESG principles and their application.

Oversee a team of trainers and facilitators, ensuring consistency and excellence in program delivery across different regions.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement:

Establish feedback mechanisms to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.

Continuously analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders, implementing improvements to enhance the overall training experience.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

Identify and foster partnerships with universities, corporate entities, and relevant organizations to expand the reach and impact of the ESG Training Academy.

Collaborate with external experts and industry leaders to enhance the academy's credibility and relevance.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage budgets for ESG training programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in ESG or education is a plus.

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in ESG training, with a proven track record of ESG training program development, curriculum formulation and delivery.

Strong understanding of global ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Leadership experience and a collaborative, innovative mindset.
