Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Controller and participating as part of a team, this position is responsible for rent collection and processing, bookkeeping and property-level accounting, billing and payment processing, and the maintenance of accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Recording monthly rent transactions
Processing payments and owner draws
Creating and updating monthly client reporting packages
Transactional accounting tasks (bank reconciliation, journal entries, creating bills and invoices)
Communicating with clients and responding to accounting inquiries
Updating and maintaining accurate tenant and client ledgers
Assisting team members with accounting-related inquiries and questions
Requirements
3+ years of related experience and Quickbooks Online
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience using productivity software (Monday, Asana, Notion, etc.)
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be able to work from 8PM-5AM Manila time
