What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

Lead and manage support for Dynamics 365 (D365) Business Applications, offering technical assistance to both global teams and external clients. Ensure up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained.

Cultivate strong relationships with Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), adhering to IT demand management processes to capture, document, prioritize, and report on initiatives in alignment with IT and finance policies.

Collaborate with Business Partners, Technical Delivery Teams, Software Vendors, internal team, and relevant third parties to ensure smooth execution of IT system projects.

Plan, identify, and mitigate risks during system transitions or upgrades, conducting thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users. Ensure smooth 'Go Live' transitions.

Support the management of software licensing.

Assist with application upgrades, deployment, and patch management.

Manage data reconciliation, upload between different inhouse systems.

Contribute to Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation initiatives.

Maintain adherence to company's values and behavior standards.

Frequent travel to Middle east.

**Problem-Solving Responsibilities:**

Manage business continuity by effectively prioritizing and resolving issues.

Analyze logs, interface diagrams, and technical documents to solve incidents that impact business operations.

What you'll need:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, or a related discipline.

4-5 years of functional expertise in D365.

Solid understanding of finance processes and project controls.

Familiarity with business application architectures, deployment structures, and supply chain management.

ITIL or PMP certifications are advantageous.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

Experience with SQL queries and BigQuery PL/SQL.

Strong project management skills and an analytical mindset.

Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and influence stakeholders.

Team player with a knack for influencing others to adopt standardized processes.
