Structured Cabling PM

You will be responsible for the management of structured cabling installations within a Data Center environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on structured cabling experience and has experience overseeing the work as a Project Manager.

Structured Cabling Job Bullets:

RCDD is a plus but not required.

3-5 years experience in Structured Cabling within a Data Center environment.

Knowledge of Panduit Structured Cabling System

Must be able to read construction drawings, oversee installations, and ensure they meet plans and specs.

Knowledge of pre-term fiber assemblies (Cabinet to Cabinet) - (Cabinet to Rack)

Experience with overhead cable tray systems and components

Have worked with containment systems, doors, blanking panels, etc

Must be able to witness test fiber and read results.

Understand Pull and Patch Schedules

Knowledge of labeling standards

Prepare management reports with progress updates.

Host weekly meetings with senior management

Interface with Construction Management company and Installation contractor re: schedule and Client to meet deadlines.

Conduct punch list at major milestones

Provide remediation support and oversight of punch list items. Full-time onsite, no remote work.
