OPS - VPK Assistant Teacher / P.K. Yonge DRS

Classification Title: OPS HOURLY NON-SECRETARY/CLERK Job Description: The VPK Assistant Teacher reports to the PK Yonge Developmental Research Elementary School Principal and are employed August - May.

Anticipated begin date is July 31, 2024.

Specific responsibilities and obligations are as follows: * Work with the VPK Instructor to monitor, assist, and work with students.

* Punctuality essential * Possess excellent oral and written communication skills * Follow classroom teacher's instructional plan Advertised Salary: $18-$20/hour Minimum Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent * A current Clearinghouse Background Screening with an "Eligible" status for the DCF General and Child Care items.
