Transit Based Outreach Specialist (End Of Line) - West Street

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: This outreach position will spend the majority of outreach to homeless within the New York City Subway system on moving trains, at end of the line stations and on joint outreach with MTAPD or NYPD.
