Aircraft Wire Harness Designer / Engineer
Description:
US CITIZEN REQUIRED
Must be clearable - eligible for DOD clearance
DUTIES:
Design Wire Harness and RF Cables including shielding and grounding, EMI/RFI
Design Electrical Schematics, Cable Block Diagrams, Wire Harness Diagrams.
Determine lengths and available space for components as required.
Design electrical panels/assemblies (circuit breaker panels, junction boxes, control panels). REQUIRED:
STRONG experience in Wire harness and cabling design (5-25 years)
Minimum 3 yrs of exp in wire harness and/or RF cable design, preferable 10-15 years.
Exp with HarnesSYS, CEEDS, Mentor Graphics Capital, and/or similar ECAD tools IDEAL:
Military applications
MIL-50881 A PLUS:
CATIA v5, NX 3D or similar systems.
Supplier management exp
Exp managing cost and schedule
Mil-Std-704, and AS50881
Active DOD Secret Clearance
