Key Responsibilities * Effectively manage a case load of 50-75 cases * Accurately draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery and various motions * Continually communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and courts * Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subrogation liens) * Accurately maintain case management data in FileVine (case management database) * Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation Desired Skills & Experience * Proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle collisions * Proficient in preparing discovery responses * Detail oriented with a focus on grammar and language arts * Professional appearance and behavior * Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation * Trucking experience preferred * Strong trucking paralegals with a knowledgeable background in the states of Texas, Illinois, and Georgia Job Requirements * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email * Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software (FileVine preferred) Education Requirements * High School Diploma or GED required.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm, 5+ years experience preferred Working Conditions Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.

Some overtime may be required in order to timely accomplish work demands.
