Pro Staff Coordinator Reports to: Director of Distribution Sales Navicogroup.com Summary Navico Group is a stand-alone division of Brunswick Corporation, the world's largest recreational marine company with a portfolio of iconic brands like Lowrance, Blue Seas, Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Bayliner, and Mercury.

Navico Group is a leading provider of products and systems for the marine, RV, and specialty vehicle industries.

Our brands span multiple categories, including marine electronics, power systems, and general accessories-and include globally recognized brands like Lowrance, Simrad, Mastervolt, RELiON, and Attwood.

We sell in virtually every market around the world directly to OEMs and also to retail partners like Bass Pro Shops, Amazon, West Marine, and Walmart.

We are seeking a seasoned professional (Pro Staff Coordinator,) to assist Sales Leadership with the organization and implementation of Navico Group's Pro Staff program.

Responsibilities * Deploy Pro Staff (contract employees) into the field to support dealer events, trade shows, and retail stores.

* Manage scheduling and payment of Pro Staff team.

* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to determine support opportunities that will grow Navico Group sales.

* Establish and manage annual Pro Staff budget and prioritize needs optimize said budget * Report out on Pro Staff activity Navico Group Management.

* Escalate feedback from the field from pro Staff to appropriate parties.

* Coordinate and participate in brand-specific training programs for Pro Staffers when required.

* Support communication across Brunswick business units * Spearhead the current Pro-Staff Program to World Class Status * All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Excellent Organizational Skills.

* Ability to track and manage a budget.

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint e-marketing skills required.

* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

* Proficiency with problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional level.

* Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

* Willingness to travel when needed.

* Experience in the Boating and Fishing Industries preferred.
