Lead Electric Technician

Immediate need for a talented Lead Electric Technician. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Phoenix AZ(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

This includes assembly, modification, repair of the following:

Cable Harnesses.

Circuit Cards including delicate and micro-electronics.

Break-out Boxes / Test Adapters.

Power Controllers.

Full-up Test Stations / Racks.

EMI Fixtures.

Micro-Electronics.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Required Keywords: (Electrical or electric) and (test or testing or build or repair or fabricate or fabrication) and (equipment or devices or assembly or electronic) and (Wire or cable or Harness or Harnesses or Cards or “micro-electronics” or Adapters or Controllers or “Test Stations” or “test Racks” or Fixtures)

Able to read and understand electrical schematics and prints.

Able to read and understand mechanical schematics and prints.

Knowledge and use of crimping tools, soldering iron, cutters / strippers, mechanical tools, volt-meter, continuity testers, label maker, etc.

Experience building / fabricating Test Equipment assemblies.

Experience working on red-label products.

Experience with electronic troubleshooting and repair.

Work directly with engineering with build recommendations and offer problem solving solutions.

Familiar with IPC standards and/or IPC certified.

Familiar with SAP.

Computer savvy.
