Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join the team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the data pipelines and Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex data systems, design efficient data processing architectures, and contribute to the development of scalable BI solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to support various data processing needs across the organization.

Optimize and tune existing data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading..

Work closely with BI analysts and data scientists to provide them with clean, reliable, and timely data for analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on building data pipelines and BI capabilities

Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python or R.

Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.

Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
