LaSalle Network has partnered with a global leader in construction, currently seeking a contract HRIS Payroll Analyst. This is a great long-term opportunity to help an existing client of ours with a SuccessFactors implementation. As of now, they plan on going live with Payroll, Time and Attendance in April of 2025. You will have the opportunity to come in at the beginning and assist with a company-wide launch of a brand new HRIS software for the next year and beyond. The organization aims to transition from an outdated Kronos system to UKG for a comprehensive payroll and time management solution.
This is a contract position expected to extend through the go-live period in April 2025, with potential for post-production support and conversion discussions. The HRIS team consists of two senior members and two payroll administrators, offering a collaborative environment for project execution and support.
HRIS Payroll Analyst Responsibilities:
Utilize a strong background in UKG payroll and processing to effectively manage payroll functions for approximately 3800 employees across multiple locations in the US (California, Kentucky, Ohio, Washington)
Demonstrate proficiency in UKG system processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for both hourly and salaried employees
Understand and oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including configuration, design, testing and implementation of UKG payroll and time management modules
Collaborate with the project team to configure UKG to align with organizational needs and requirements
Provide support in the design and testing of UKG payroll configurations to ensure system readiness for go-live
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in UKG, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving post-production payroll issues
Partner with the HRIS team and other stakeholders to optimize payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
HRIS Payroll Analyst Requirements:
Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst with a focus on UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll systems
In-depth knowledge and understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, including configuration, processing and reporting within UKG
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate payroll processing and data integrity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, team members and external vendors
Experience in global payroll operations and multi-state payroll compliance (California, Kentucky, Ohio preferred)
Previous experience with payroll system implementations and upgrades, preferably with UKG or similar payroll systems
Thank you,
Brandon Poticha
