Director of Stakeholder Engagement

Our industry-leading client is looking for a Director of Stakeholder Engagement to join their team to lead strategic initiatives!

Location: This role is fully remote, but candidates need to be located on the Eastern Time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll oversee two teams and develop strategies to deepen relationships and encourage member participation.

Lead and guide stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Manage and support teams responsible for membership, events, communications, and outreach.

Collaborate with C-level leadership and partner with the VP of Stakeholder Engagement.

Ideal candidate:

10+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree.

2+ years managing multiple teams, including managers, and a large portfolio of work

Experience at the Director level is required

Proven leader with experience building high-performing teams and maintaining that high performance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience developing and implementing successful engagement strategies.

Salesforce understanding is required

Familiarity with the security/cybersecurity field is a plus

Understanding of the energy industry or electric grid is a plus
