They are looking to hire an Inside Sales Admin to support sales growth and internal overall office functions.

The Inside Sales Admin will be responsible for supporting sales, engineering, delivery, and management teams with internal, administrative tasks related to all aspects of the sales cycle. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, and customers.

Focus:

Support account management efforts alongside the sales team for wireless products and solutions.

Communicate with clients and vendors, providing product expertise and information via various channels.

Manage documentation and CRM, utilizing functions for scheduling and account management.

Support customer order processing by receiving, ensuring accuracy, and sending purchase orders and confirmations via email.

Ensure orders meet customer shipping requirements and timeframes by working alongside shipping and distribution teams.

Oversee office maintenance tasks such as ordering office supplies, communicating with external vendors and service companies, managing the front desk, etc.

Maintain daily phone and email correspondence.

Handle miscellaneous, standard, and complex administrative requests.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.

5+ years of sales support, office administration, or project management experience required.

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.

Familiarity with common sales software and CRMs, such as Salesforce, a strong plus.

Self-starter with a strong competitive drive while remaining a positive team player.

Experience managing multiple tasks with changing priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
