Senior Network Architect

Vivid is looking for a Senior Security Network Architect for a large commercial banking client in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for prospective candidates with proficiency in:

Palo Alto Firewalls

Web traffic decryption

Understanding of SSL Certificates

In-depth AWS understanding

Develop and implement security measures such as web traffic decryption for servers and users

Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., firewalls, VPN, and etc).

Solid background in network administration and architecture.

In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP), web traffic encryption/decryption, PKI and certificates

Familiarity with network access control model and network security.

Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.

The right candidate must have excellent communication skills who works well collaboratively. The team is a small team who works closely, so it's important to be able to speak up and to challenge respectfully.

We need people onsite in Uptown Charlotte, 1 day per week to mentor and support junior staff, please do not apply if you cannot do this.

We can only facilitate W2 at this time.
