Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join the dynamic team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Superintendent experience, with a strong background in managing commercial construction projects. Holding an OSHA 30 certification is required, demonstrating a dedication to safety protocols and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.

Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.

Monitor project progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to specifications and plans.

Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure project milestones are met and any potential risks are addressed proactively.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.

OSHA 30 certification is required.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
